Orthopedics

The Orthopedic Surgery Departments attend to a wide range of complications requiring orthopedic surgery: complex, orthopedic traumatic injuries; back surgery; joint replacement surgical procedures; hand surgery; arthroscopy surgery; sports medicine; treatment of foot and ankle disorders; and treatment for diabetic foot conditions.

Trauma services are available for diverse skeletal injuries, based upon vast experience, including cases of fractured pelvis and acetabulum fractures. Some of the most sophisticated treatment methods have been developed here in Israel, such as the IIizarov Technique.
